A multinational toy manufacturing company was looking for an expert who can handle the challenges of an Eastern European roll out and the corresponding change management activities required to succeed in a successful implementation.
Solution
Conducted Eastern European rollout of the Oracle E-Business Suite, which was part of the global transformation project. Made sure global footprint complied with legal and statutory requirements for Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Introduced and developed local business practices and forms. Took business requirements, defined future state designs and executed set up of General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Assets, Procurement, iExpenses and Project Accounting.
Result
Successful go live of the Eastern European countries. Met delivery target within timeframe.
