Not every government strategy aligns with the needs and hopes of the people affected. People feel more and more excluded from the politics. Mistrust is increasing. On the other hand, governments seek more information of what people want and need in relation to public services. For example in the healthcare sector, we need to put together the requirements of individuals, families, employers, education and government since they all play their part and take responsibility for developing a healthier society.
