Initial Situation
A large canton in Switzerland followed the recommendation of a new management model, called «New Public Management» (NPM). The aim is to optimize the relationship between politics, administration and society.
Solution
- Engaged to set up the new NPM chart of accounts in Oracle General Ledger for the mental hospitals in the canton
- Developed FSG (Financial Statement Generator) reports in General Ledger using the New Public Management (NPM) model.
Results
NPM Reporting for mental hospitals, which improved the relationship between the Government, hospital management and the end users.
